How do I know if I have a blocked drain?
If it is your sewer, there may be a bad odour, your toilet won’t flush away or it flushes away slowly. With sinks, baths and showers, the water may drain away slowly or water (and other stuff) may gurgle back up.
Can you quote the job over the phone?
Most times we can quote a fixed price over the phone so there are no surprises. We ask a series of questions to diagnose the problem before going on site. Every job has it’s unique variables, however, we can use our years of experience to give you an accurate quote.
Do you unblock drains after hours?
Yes. Our normal business hours are Mon-Fri: 7am-7pm. However, we understand that blocked drains or plumbing issues happen outside normal business hours so we provide a 24/7 emergency response service for your convenience.
Do you have an inspection camera?
Yes, we have an advanced CCTV inspection camera and all the other equipment needed to fix any blockage, domestic or commercial. Our fully stocked vehicles are designed to fix blockages during the first visit
