How do I know if I have a blocked drain?
If it is your sewer, there may be a bad odour, your toilet won’t flush away or it flushes away slowly. With sinks, baths and showers, the water may drain away slowly or water (and other stuff) may gurgle back up.
Can you quote the job over the phone?
Most times we can quote a fixed price over the phone so there are no surprises. We ask a series of questions to diagnose the problem before going on site. Every job has it’s unique variables, however, we can use our years of experience to give you an accurate quote.
Do you unblock drains after hours?
Yes. Our normal business hours are Mon-Fri: 7am-7pm. However, we understand that blocked drains or plumbing issues happen outside normal business hours so we provide a 24/7 emergency response service for your convenience.
Are wet wipes ok to flush?

No, only toilet paper is safe to flush.

Are home owners or the council responsible for blocked drains?

The simple answer is if the blockage is inside the boundary of your property then it is the home owners responsibility. Outside the property it is the council. It’s best to give us a call to determine the problem.

What are the signs my sewer is blocked?

The signs – bad smells, gurgling drains, sewer overflowing on the overflow points, water pooling, won’t flush away or drain.
